Description
  • Role Responsibilities: Perform daily systems administration activities, including user access management, and the maintenance of core treasury financial systems.
  • Provide first-line and second-line support to end users, investigating system issues and queries and coordinating resolution with IT teams, technology vendors and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate systems documentation, risk and compliance requirements.
  • Act as a key point of contact between Treasury Operations, business users, IT, and external vendors
  • Participate in requirements gathering, test planning and execution, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, implementation and post-implementation support.
