Description

Part-time/Full-time (minimum 15 hrs per week) Accounts Assistant position available at GreenFire UCS.
Salary: €28,000.00 per year (pro-rata)
We offer flexibility on hours/days worked to enable staff to enjoy a good work/life balance.
This will be a mainly remote position, with the possible occasional need to meet in Limerick City.
Duties: General Accounts duties (with an emphasis on credit control), assist with answering calls and taking messages, directing them to the relevant person, follow up on customer queries, duties may also include assisting in the administration required within our small/medium business.
The successful applicant will have scope to develop a greater role within the company.
Skills required:

· Accounts experience (required)

  • Strong organisation skills
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Good writing/typing skills
  • Proficient in the use of Windows/MS Office particularly Excel
  • Comfortable using new programmes/systems
  • Independent/fast learner
