MANSIONI Accogliere e registrare gli ospiti, fornendo una prima impressione calorosa e professionale. Gestire le domande e le richieste degli ospiti in modo efficiente, assicurando alti livelli di soddisfazione dei clienti. Gestire l'assegnazione delle camere e mantenere un registro accurato degli ospiti. Elaborare i pagamenti e gestire le transazioni in contanti in modo sicuro Coordinarsi con le pulizie per i cambi di stanza e le richieste speciali. Assistere con i servizi di concierge, comprese le raccomandazioni locali e le prenotazioni Rispondere e risolvere i reclami degli ospiti in modo tempestivo e professionale.
