In particolare, la risorsa selezionata si occuperà di raccogliere informazioni sulla richiesta di sinistro, gestire problematiche e domande degli assicurati e/o degli altri soggetti coinvolti nel sinistro. Si occuperà dell’apertura del sinistro, della canalizzazione verso le carrozzerie convenzionate della compagnia, dell’incarico peritale e dell’inserimento dei dati di tutte le parti coinvolte.
