Descrizione del lavoro La figura selezionata supporterà le attività dell’Ufficio Rapporti Istituzionali, contribuendo alla gestione delle attività con particolare attenzione alle politiche pubbliche, ai processi decisionali e ai relativi percorsi normativi a livello europeo, nazionale, regionale e locale. Attività e principali responsabilità della posizione Dopo un periodo di inserimento e affiancamento, la risorsa si occuperà delle attività quotidiane dell’Ufficio, contribuendo al monitoraggio normativo e politico, alla preparazione di iniziative istituzionali e al supporto ai processi di advocacy, con riferimento in particolare a: supporto alle attività istituzionali dell’Associazione, in relazione ai rapporti con enti e istituzioni di diversa complessità (Parlamento europeo e istituzioni dell’UE, Parlamento e Governo, Regioni e Comuni); monitoraggio legislativo di attività parlamentari, istituzioni europee e procedimenti legislativi regionali; redazione e aggiornamento di schede profilo di parlamentari, europarlamentari, membri del Governo e rappresentanti regionali, nonché gestione e aggiornamento di database e indirizzari istituzionali (Governo, Parlamento, Regioni e UE); archiviazione e classificazione delle proposte normative e delle attività dell’Ufficio, contribuendo alla redazione di report periodici e finali sulle attività istituzionali; supporto al tracking e analisi di disegni di legge, emendamenti, interrogazioni, mozioni, atti europei, normativa regionale, linee guida e consultazioni pubbliche; mappatura degli stakeholder istituzionali; raccolta e analisi di dati, ricerche, studi di settore e benchmark da altri Paesi; supporto alla gestione delle attività a carattere regionale e comunale: raccolta documenti, monitoraggio degli iter degli atti. supporto ai referenti nelle attività di advocacy e nelle relazioni con stakeholder interni ed esterni; supporto l’organizzazione di incontri istituzionali, audizioni, tavoli tecnici ed eventi pubblici supporto alla predisposizione di documentazione, briefing, dossier, materiali informativi e newsletter; supporto alle attività di comunicazione istituzionale. Qualifiche Laurea magistrale in Scienze Politiche, Relazioni Internazionali, Giurisprudenza, Economia, Studi Europei, Politiche Pubbliche o percorsi equivalenti. Interesse per le relazioni istituzionali, il diritto pubblico, le politiche europee e il settore non profit. Ottime capacità di ricerca, analisi, sintesi e scrittura. Conoscenza di base del diritto parlamentare e del funzionamento delle istituzioni europee, nazionali, regionali e locali, con riferimento al Parlamento europeo e alle istituzioni dell’UE, alla Camera dei deputati, al Senato della Repubblica, al Governo, alle Regioni e ai Comuni.
