Azienda operante nel settore della Grande Distribuzione Organizzata (GDO) ricerca una risorsa da inserire con il ruolo di Addetto/a Ufficio Logistica. La figura sarà inserita nell’ufficio logistica e supporterà la gestione dei flussi di merce e delle attività di coordinamento tra magazzino, fornitori e punti vendita, contribuendo al corretto svolgimento delle operazioni quotidiane. Attività principali: Inserimento e aggiornamento delle informazioni relative agli ordini e alle movimentazioni di magazzino; Verifica delle disponibilità di prodotto e coordinamento con il magazzino per la preparazione delle spedizioni verso i punti vendita; Contatto operativo con corrieri, fornitori e referenti esterni per organizzare ritiri e consegne; Controllo dei documenti di trasporto e registrazione delle movimentazioni nel gestionale; Supporto nella gestione di eventuali segnalazioni o discrepanze relative alle consegne; Collaborazione con ufficio commerciale e amministrativo per l’allineamento dei flussi informativi. Requisiti richiesti: Buone capacità di gestione delle informazioni e attenzione ai dettagli; Predisposizione alla collaborazione con colleghi di ufficio e personale di magazzino; Familiarità con strumenti informatici di base (Excel, posta elettronica, gestionali); Affidabilità, precisione e capacità di lavorare con scadenze giornaliere; Gradita esperienza, anche breve, in ruoli logistici o amministrativi, preferibilmente nel settore GDO.
