DESIRABLE SKILLS:

• Experience managing EPC and O&M contracts, ideally in renewable energy or solar PV
• Strong negotiation and commercial skills
• Fluent in Italian and English—spoken and written
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and improving processes
• Skilled in tracking performance, reporting, and supporting dispute resolution
• A Bachelor’s degree in Law, Engineering or similar discipline is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with sound judgment
