Responsabilità Principali Gestire il processo di acquisto quotidiano, inclusa la preparazione e il monitoraggio degli ordini. Sviluppare e mantenere relazioni con fornitori esistenti e potenziali, negoziando condizioni e termini di acquisto. Collaborare con il team di vendita e quello di pianificazione installazioni per assicurarsi di prevedere accuratamente i fabbisogni per i clienti Calcolare i fabbisogni aziendali per garantire l'adeguato approvvigionamento di materiali diretti e servizi. Collaborare con il team logistica per assicurare che i tempi di consegna siano rispettati e le scorte siano gestite in modo ottimale. Utilizzare sistemi ERP per la gestione delle transazioni di acquisto e per il monitoraggio delle scorte. Partecipare all’analisi e al miglioramento dei processi di acquisto per garantire efficienza e risparmio dei costi. Qualifiche Competenze tecniche: Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria gestionale, o altro titolo di studio rilevante. Esperienza minima di 3-4 anni in ruoli simili, preferibilmente in uffici acquisti o supply chain. Buona conoscenza di Excel per analisi e reportistica. Familiarità con software ERP e database ibridi (e.g. Rows, Airtable). Conoscenza fluente della lingua italiana e buona conoscenza dell’inglese (almeno livello C1). Competenze personali: Ottime capacità organizzative, con attenzione ai dettagli e abilità di gestire più attività in parallelo. Buone capacità di comunicazione e negoziazione, per gestire efficacemente i rapporti con i fornitori. Capacità analitiche per la valutazione delle esigenze di approvvigionamento e l’identificazione di opportunità di miglioramento.
