Azienda attiva nella fornitura di soluzioni per l’efficienza energetica e la gestione dei consumi domestici ricerca una risorsa da inserire nel ruolo di Impiegato/a Commerciale, dedicata al supporto informativo e organizzativo per la clientela. La figura opera in coordinamento con il team interno, gestendo appuntamenti programmati e fornendo assistenza in merito ai piani energetici e ai servizi attivi. L’attività si svolge in parte in sede e in parte presso i clienti, con appuntamenti fissati nella fascia mattutina. Attività previste: Gestione dei contatti e degli appuntamenti informativi con i clienti; Fornitura di informazioni chiare e aggiornate sui piani energetici disponibili; Supporto al cliente nella raccolta dei dati e nella gestione delle pratiche di servizio; Attività di monitoraggio e aggiornamento delle informazioni all’interno del gestionale aziendale; Collaborazione con il team per la pianificazione delle attività di zona e la gestione delle richieste. Requisiti richiesti: Diploma di scuola secondaria superiore; Buone capacità comunicative e relazionali; Attitudine al contatto con il pubblico e orientamento alla qualità del servizio; Precisione, affidabilità e capacità di gestione autonoma delle attività; Conoscenza base dei principali strumenti informatici (Office, posta elettronica, gestionali); Patente B e disponibilità a spostamenti giornalieri su appuntamento. Offerta e condizioni: Contratto a tempo determinato, full time (dal lunedì al venerdì); Formazione retribuita sulle procedure aziendali e sui piani energetici; Rimborso spese per le attività fuori sede.
