In qualità di Vendor Manager, sarai il punto di contatto quotidiano per i fornitori assegnati. Ti occuperai delle negoziazioni commerciali, puntando a migliorare prezzi, bonus e prestazioni SLA. Le tue responsabilità principali: Gestione dei fornitori: Agire come referente quotidiano per i fornitori assegnati, coordinando temi operativi e commerciali. Negoziazioni commerciali: Supportare il miglioramento di prezzi, bonus e performance SLA sotto la guida di profili senior. Crescita dell'assortimento: Identificare e inserire nuovi fornitori o referenze (SKU) in linea con le priorità strategiche. Monitoraggio delle performance: Monitorare la conformità dei fornitori rispetto ai termini commerciali concordati, risolvendo discrepanze o rischi. Eccellenza Operativa: Coordinare incontri regolari con i fornitori, assicurando l'esecuzione delle azioni concordate. Integrità dei dati: Mantenere e aggiornare i dati anagrafici dei fornitori, inclusi prezzi e condizioni commerciali, nei sistemi interni. Collaborazione interfunzionale: Supportare la logistica e le operazioni nella gestione dei reclami e delle performance di spedizione.
