You will provide outstanding support to our Italian-speaking clients, assisting them with their logistics queries and needs. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries in Italian across multiple platforms including phone, email, and chat. Assist clients with logistics solutions, helping them navigate shipping, tracking, and delivery processes. Troubleshoot and resolve issues regarding shipping and logistics effectively.
