Azienda operante nel settore della distribuzione di caffè ricerca un/una impiegato/a al centralino telefonico da inserire nel proprio team. La risorsa selezionata sarà responsabile della gestione efficiente delle attività di segreteria, con particolare attenzione all’organizzazione degli appuntamenti tramite centralino aziendale, al supporto nelle attività amministrative e all’assistenza al personale interno. La figura collaborerà con i vari reparti per garantire una comunicazione fluida e il corretto svolgimento delle procedure aziendali. Mansioni principali: Gestione e organizzazione degli appuntamenti attraverso il centralino aziendale Accoglienza e assistenza telefonica ai clienti e ai collaboratori Attività di segretariato generale, tra cui gestione documenti, archiviazione e preparazione di pratiche amministrative Supporto alle attività organizzative e logistiche interne Coordinamento e comunicazione tra i vari reparti aziendali Gestione della corrispondenza e posta elettronica Requisiti richiesti: Diploma di maturità o titolo equivalente Buone competenze informatiche, in particolare nell’uso del pacchetto Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali Doti organizzative, precisione e affidabilità Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e in team Disponibilità a seguire un percorso formativo e di affiancamento.
