La risorsa si occuperà di supportare le attività amministrative attraverso l’inserimento dati e la gestione degli archivi, contribuendo all’efficienza del team. Attività: Inserimento dati e ordini nel gestionale; Inserimento anagrafiche clienti; Organizzazione e gestione dell’archivio; Gestione di mail e telefonate. Requisiti richiesti: Capacità di problem solving; Conoscenze informatiche di base; Predisposizione al lavoro in team. Offerta: Contratto in apprendistato di 6 mesi con possibilità di continuità; Orario full-time 9:00-13:00/14:00-18:00 5 giorni a settimana.
