Organizzare e pianificare tutte le attività del negozio sulla base delle priorità, del periodo e dello staff. Raggiungere i target di vendita e determinare, insieme allo Store Manager, le strategie di marketing del negozio analizzando i dati di vendita/KPIs e le tendenze, facendo delle previsioni di fatturato e gestendo lo stock delle merci. Assicurarsi che i clienti vivano la miglior esperienza possibile in negozio, seguendo i valori e le linee guida aziendali sul service. Assicurarsi che il negozio sia accattivante, che i prodotti e le vetrine siano allestite in maniera efficace e sulla base delle direttive aziendali, per massimizzare le vendite e la crescita del negozio.   REQUISITI Almeno 1 anno di esperienza nella gestione di un punto vendita o 3 anni di esperienza nel retail. Essere una persona dinamica e proattiva, altamente organizzata, con un’ottima propensione al multi-tasking, ambiziosa e che vede in ogni sfida una nuova opportunità Esperienza nella gestione, nello sviluppo e nella leadership di un team. Capacità analitiche e decisionali sulla base dei dati di vendita e dei KPIs, con conseguente ottimo utilizzo di Excel. Comprovata capacità di orientare e di offrire un’ottima customer experience – indipendentemente dalle situazioni. Saper identificare le tendenze del momento, riportare i risultati, trarre conclusioni pertinenti e raccomandare le azioni rilevanti allo Store Manager. Esperienza nell’organizzazione, pianificazione ed esecuzione di eventi per attirare l’interesse dei visitatori, generando curiosità e traffico. Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, livello B2.
