Descrizione del lavoro Riportando direttamente alla One to one manager, implementa le attività dell’area Lasciti per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di acquisizione di nuovi enquirers, conversione degli stessi e fidelizzazione dei pledgers. ATTIVITÀ E PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITÀ DELLA POSIZIONE Sviluppa le attività di promozione attraverso contatti One-to-One e azioni di marketing e e-mail marketing (workflow dedicati, articoli redazionali, mailing cartacei); Si occupa di organizzare e curare gli eventi sul territorio, gestendo gli aspetti logistici e relazionali; Cura lo sviluppo e la revisione dei contenuti e dei materiali di promozione e di fidelizzazione (cartacei e digitali); In collaborazione con il team digital, monitora e implementa le campagne di acquisizione on line; Suggerisce e sviluppa nuove modalità di promozione della campagna lasciti nell’ottica di ricorrere a strumenti e attività innovative; Si interfaccia con l’ufficio legale per la consulenza legale in riferimento alle richieste degli enquires; Gestisce le attività di back office legate al CRM ai fini di mantenere aggiornati i dati e le schede lasciti; Monitora le performance delle campagne in funzione degli obiettivi dell’area; Implementa il Donor Journey dedicato ai soci per sempre attraverso comunicazioni on line e off line (DEM, mailing, ringraziamenti); Si mantiene aggiornata sulle tendenze del settore e svolge attività di benchmark del mercato. Qualifiche Esperienze e competenze richieste Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nel fundraising, preferibilmente in ambito lasciti; Condivisione della mission e dei valori di LAV; Buone capacità analitiche e di monitoraggio delle performance; Ottima conoscenza di Excel e del pacchetto Office; Esperienza nell’utilizzo di CRM e database donatori; Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
