Nel comparto automotive, a Cremona, selezioniamo un/una Impiegato/a ufficio acquisti per un ufficio che gestisce ricambi, minuteria tecnica e componenti per officina e produzione. Inserimento previsto a breve. Avrai un ruolo concreto: seguirai ordini, solleciti e conferme, lavorando ogni giorno con fornitori, magazzino e area tecnica. Ti occuperai dell’inserimento ordini su gestionale, del controllo dei codici articolo e del monitoraggio di circa 40-60 righe d’ordine settimanali tra componenti meccanici, materiali di consumo e ricambi. Lavorerai con Excel per confronto listini e aggiornamento prezzi, e con il gestionale per verifica DDT, conferme d’ordine e stato consegne. In più, darai supporto nella gestione scorte minime, nelle richieste d’acquisto interne e nel controllo delle non conformità semplici legate a quantità o tempi di arrivo.
