Descrizione La figura sarà inserita nel gruppo commerciale a riporto diretto del Sales & Vertical Markets Director e avrà un ruolo chiave nello sviluppo della strategia commerciale e nella gestione delle relazioni con i principali clienti attivi e prospect del settore Power & Renewables. In particolare avrà le seguenti responsabilità principali: Sviluppare opportunità di business nel mercato Power & Renewables individuando nuovi clienti e progetti di interesse ed in particolar modo opportunità commerciali su impianti di generazione classici o rinnovabili, eolico e sistemi di accumulo. Gestire e consolidare i rapporti con clienti strategici (developer, utility, investitori, EPC e general contractor) assicurando continuità e crescita del portafoglio. Promuovere il cross-selling di tutti i servizi Seingim (ingegneria multidisciplinare, permitting, Direzione Lavori, HSE, project management, commissioning, ecc.). Coordinarsi con i team tecnici e di proposta per elaborare offerte tecnico-economiche competitive e di valore in costante allineamento con la Direzione Commerciale Monitorare il mercato, i trend normativi e tecnologici anticipando le esigenze dei clienti. Partecipare a eventi e momenti di networking nel settore energetico per potenziare la visibilità e la presenza commerciale del Gruppo. Reporting periodico sulle attività svolte e aggiornamento del CRM aziendale. Profilo ricercato Il candidato ideale ha i seguenti requisiti: Laurea in discipline tecniche o economiche, o esperienza equivalente. Esperienza consolidata (minimo 5 anni) in ruoli commerciali o di account management nel settore Power & Renewables. Conoscenza approfondita delle logiche tecnico-commerciali legate a impianti elettrici, centrali di generazione, fotovoltaico e sistemi di accumulo (BESS). Eccellenti capacità di gestione di interlocutori complessi e di costruzione di relazioni di lungo periodo. Visione strategica, approccio consulenziale. Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata. Disponibilità a viaggiare in Italia (circa 50%) e all’estero, se necessario. Costituiscono titolo preferenziale Esperienza diretta nella gestione di gare, offerte e contratti EPC o servizi di ingegneria complessi. Conoscenza del mercato utility-scale e dei principali attori Familiarità con modelli di analisi economica e valutazione del business case Esperienza in cross-selling di servizi multidisciplinari Buona conoscenza del framework normativo e autorizzativo relativo agli impianti energetici.
