Buscamos una persona senior para construir y liderar las funciones contables y financieras del grupo, combinando visión estratégica con ejecución operativa en una primera etapa. Principales responsabilidades Diseñar, implementar y mantener la estructura contable y de control interno del corporativo conforme a normas locales e internacionales aplicables. Dirigir la operación contable diaria: registraciones, conciliaciones bancarias, cuentas por pagar y por cobrar, y cierre mensual y anual. Preparar reportes financieros periódicos para la alta dirección (cash flow, P&L, balance, KPIs financieros) y presentar análisis de variaciones. Gestionar la tesorería: forecast de caja, flujo proyectado, manejo de líneas bancarias, y coordinación de pagos internacionales cuando aplique. Implementar y administrar políticas fiscales y de cumplimiento tributario en las jurisdicciones relevantes, coordinando con asesores externos. Desarrollar e implementar procesos, controles y procedimientos para asegurar la integridad de la información financiera y mitigar riesgos. Liderar y desarrollar al equipo de finanzas y contabilidad, estableciendo roles, responsabilidades y objetivos de desempeño. Apoyar decisiones estratégicas mediante análisis financiero para proyectos, adquisiciones, pricing y modelos de negocio en las distintas verticales. Coordinar auditorías externas y procesos de due diligence, garantizando disponibilidad de información y cumplimiento de plazos. Implementar y gestionar sistemas contables y ERPs o CRMs financieros necesarios para automatizar procesos y reporting (evaluación e implementación inicial). Perfil buscado Profesional en Contabilidad, Finanzas, Economía o afín, con título profesional; idealmente con posgrado o certificación profesional (CPA, C.P., CMA o similar). Experiencia en roles contables/financieros, con al menos 3 años en posiciones de liderazgo o gerenciales, preferentemente en agencias, servicios profesionales o empresas con operación multinacional. Conocimiento sólido de normatividad contable y fiscal en países de LATAM; experiencia con NIIF/IFRS es altamente deseable. Experiencia en cierre contable mensual y anual, conciliaciones, control interno y preparación de reportes para la dirección. Habilidad probada en manejo de tesorería, forecasting y gestión de liquidez. Dominio de herramientas contables y ERPs; experiencia en implementación de sistemas financieros y automatización de procesos. Uso de Excel e IA Perfil orientado a resultados, con pensamiento estratégico, alto nivel de organización y capacidad para operar en entornos dinámicos y multisede.
