Este rol trabajará en un entorno dinámico y colaborará estrechamente con el departamento de Seguridad. Horario de trabajo: Lunes a sábado, de 8:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m. Responsabilidades: Atender de manera inmediata las escenas de accidentes o incidentes de transporte para evaluar la situación y guiar el proceso de siniestro. Coordinar directamente con autoridades locales para asegurar la documentación adecuada y el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales. Negociar y trabajar directamente con aseguradoras para agilizar la resolución de siniestros. Recopilar, analizar y documentar evidencia (fotografías, declaraciones de operadores, partes policiales, etc.) para respaldar el proceso del siniestro. Brindar apoyo continuo a operadores y al equipo de operaciones durante incidentes, asegurando la seguridad y el cumplimiento de las políticas de la empresa. Dar seguimiento a la gestión de siniestros y asegurar el cierre oportuno de los casos. Elaborar reportes administrativos y mantener registros actualizados para auditorías y referencia futura. Licenciatura en Derecho, Administración de Empresas o áreas afines (deseable). Mínimo 3 años de experiencia manejando siniestros de transporte o maquinaria pesada. Experiencia comprobable brindando apoyo en sitio durante accidentes o incidentes viales. Sólidos conocimientos en procesos de seguros, manejo de siniestros y protocolos de accidentes. Inglés intermedio–avanzado (capaz de negociar con aseguradoras internacionales). Habilidades sólidas de negociación, resolución de conflictos y comunicación efectiva. Candidates must have verifiable studies in chemistry, food, or a similar field, and a valid type A driver's license. Experience of at least 6 months to 1 year in testing laboratories is required.
