Beschrijving van het bedrijf Als Manager Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) zorg jij er samen met je team voor dat jullie klanten worden geadviseerd en ontzorgd op het gebied van externe verslaggeving onder Dutch GAAP en IFRS. Naast het bedienen van bestaande klanten, speel jij eveneens een belangrijke rol in de acquisitie van nieuwe klanten. Je maakt het verschil bij het werven van nieuwe klanten en opdrachten en draagt actief bij aan de groei van onze FAAS afdeling door het genereren van verder naamsbekendheid zowel binnen als buiten BDO. Op jouw adviesopdrachten ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en begeleid je collega’s in ons FAAS team. Hierdoor werk je niet alleen aan je eigen ontwikkeling, maar draag je ook bij aan de professionele ontwikkeling van anderen. Complexere verslaggevingsvraagstukken van klanten werk je zoveel mogelijk zelfstandig uit in position papers en je neemt een leidende rol in de ondersteuning van klanten bij GAAP conversies en de implementatie van nieuwe verslaggevingsstandaarden.
