De afgelopen jaren hebben we veel stagiaires begeleid en bijna allemaal gaven een positieve beoordeling. Je werkt binnen de verschillende ESD-teams op onze locatie in Maastricht. Functieomschrijving Als HBO-stagiair(e) bij KPN ESD in Maastricht werk je mee aan interne projecten en ondersteun je onze projectmanagers bij het verbeteren van processen. Je krijgt de kans om bij te dragen aan projecten die onze dienstverlening naar een hoger niveau tillen. Denk aan het analyseren van werkstromen, het opzetten van rapportages en het meedenken over slimme oplossingen. Naast het uitvoeren van opdrachten is er veel ruimte om te leren en jezelf te ontwikkelen in een dynamische omgeving waar samenwerking en klantgerichtheid voorop staan. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: Meewerken aan interne verbeterprojecten en procesoptimalisaties. Ondersteunen bij projectmanagementactiviteiten, zoals planning en voortgangsbewaking. Documentatie en rapportages opstellen. Meedenken over innovatieve oplossingen en automatiseringsmogelijkheden. Actief kennis opdoen over IT-serviceprocessen en projectmanagement. Functie-eisen Als stagiair(e) bij ESD verwachten we dat je nieuwsgierig en leergierig bent en graag initiatief neemt. Je hoeft geen expert te zijn, wij helpen je groeien maar het is fijn als je affiniteit hebt met IT en procesverbetering. Daarnaast vragen we het volgende van je: Je volgt een HBO-opleiding, bij voorkeur in de richting van ICT, Bedrijfskunde of Projectmanagement. Je bent analytisch, gestructureerd en kunt goed samenwerken. Je hebt basiskennis van Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) en bent bereid nieuwe tools te leren. Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Je bent beschikbaar voor minimaal 20 weken, 32-40 uur per week.
