The Human Resources Business Partner Manager-EU (HRBP Manager-EU) will strategically lead, oversee and ensure the delivery of HR support across DeepHealth’s European operations. The HRBP Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to primarily business leaders, local EU executives and secondarily employees, providing strategic and hands-on guidance in the areas of organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, HR compliance, and local and EU labor laws, codes, rules and regulations.
In addition to strategic HR responsibilities, the HRBP Manager will play a key role in enterprise-level initiatives such as post-acquisition integration and lead system-related projects. These initiatives require proficiency and strong experience with Human Resources Information system (HRIS) and Human Capital Management system (HCMS) platforms; including system governance, data accuracy, data privacy compliance, and cross-platform process alignment. The HRBP Manager will also play a key role in policy harmonization across EU countries, HR process improvements, and internal audits, while serving as a lead for cross-functional HR program management initiatives.
The HRBP Manager leads, mentors, and oversees local Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) to ensure consistent execution of HR strategy across the EU. The HBP Manager acts as a point of escalation for complex HR issues not resolved at a HRBP level. Where HRBP is unavailable or temporarily absent, the HRBP Manager will directly undertake their operational HR responsibilities to maintain a consistent HR service delivery.
This role requires excellent judgment, cultural & ethical awareness, and the ability to operate both strategically and operationally within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. The HRBP Manager will partner closely with cross-functional teams—including Legal, Finance, and Technology partners, to ensure alignment with DeepHealth’s corporate strategy and HR best practices & policies across the EU.
The HRBP Manager EU will be based in the Netherlands.
