Route Supervisor    Unitex is experiencing unprecedented growth! Due to this growth, we are in search of a highly skilled Driver / Route Supervisor for our facility in New Brunswick, NJ (10A).   Schedule: Monday - Friday Must be able to start as early as 3:00AM or 3:45AM   Compensation: The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $65,000 per year. Actual compensation decisions are based on factors such as experience, seniority, location, and other permissible job-related factors.   Territory: Brooklyn and Long Island   In this position you will be out on the road with drivers and also covering routes when needed. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE DRIVING AS THIS IS NOT AN OFFICE JOB.   At Unitex, the Driver / Route Supervisor is responsible for: * Establish and maintain customer contact on a regular basis * Introduce new products/services to customers * Address issues regarding credit requests, credit and payment terms, contract status, service delivery frequency and service days with customers * Participate in route settlement with the goal of improving issue resolution, COD pickups, and paperwork integrity * Schedule new account installations, including day stop sequence, first deliveries and other matters with the customer * Other service related duties as appropriate   Supervisory Responsibilities: * Supervises 3-5 route drivers.
