Responsibilities


Dein Einsatz im Kitchen-Team:


  • Zubereitung hochwertiger Speisen: Du bereitest unsere Gerichte nach festgelegten Rezepturen zu, schmeckst sie sorgfältig ab und sorgst für eine gleichbleibend hohe Qualität sowie eine ansprechende Präsentation.
  • Unterstützung und Anleitung des Küchenteams: Du arbeitest eng mit dem Team zusammen, koordinierst die Abläufe in Deinem Verantwortungsbereich und unterstützt Kolleginnen und Kollegen, um einen reibungslosen Küchenbetrieb sicherzustellen.
  • Sicherstellung von Sauberkeit und Hygiene: Du hältst Deinen Arbeitsbereich jederzeit sauber, ordentlich und hygienisch einwandfrei und achtest auf die konsequente Einhaltung aller Hygienevorschriften.
  • Qualitätskontrolle und fachgerechte Lagerung von Lebensmitteln: Du überwachst die Qualität der verwendeten Zutaten, achtest auf die korrekte Lagerung und sorgst für eine ordnungsgemäße Warenrotation.
  • Mitarbeit bei der Kostenkontrolle: Du unterstützt dabei, Wareneinsätze effizient zu steuern, Lebensmittelverschwendung zu reduzieren und die wirtschaftlichen Ziele des Küchenbereichs zu erreichen.
  • Einhaltung gesetzlicher und betrieblicher Standards: Du stellst sicher, dass alle Vorgaben zu Gesundheit, Arbeitssicherheit, Hygiene und weiteren relevanten Richtlinien eingehalten werden – für das Wohl unserer Gäste und Deines Teams.

Qualifications


Du passt zu uns, wenn:


  • Du über Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position verfügst und bestenfalls eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin hast
  • Du auf Hygiene und Ordnung achtest und auf die Umsetzung und Kontrolle von HACCP und unseren Standards in der Küche wertlegst
  • Du erste Führungserfahrung sammeln konntest und auch in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf bewahrst
  • Du kommunikativ bist und mit deinem Team kooperativ und auf Augenhöhe arbeitest
