We are looking for an energetic Maintenance & Grounds person to join our team on a full-time basis for the season at Camper’s City Seasonal Resort. Responsibilities: •    Routine maintenance and minor repairs to property buildings, facilities and roads; •    All aspects of property maintenance – grass cutting, trimming, weeding, brush and leaf and debris removal; •    Ensure property is always presentable and inviting; •    Check condition of sites prior to and after guest occupancy;  •    Maintenance of vacant sites – removal of trash and debris; •    Assist in preparation of special events and activities;  •    Inspect and maintain recreational amenities to ensure proper safety standards are met, completing any minor repairs as needed; •    Follow safety procedures while performing duties, including safely operating vehicles when moving from site to site when completing tasks; •    Continuously provide strong customer service to prospective and current guests;  •    Other duties and projects as assigned.
