Joining Hypersolid as a Full-Stack Developer means taking ownership of features from concept through deployment, using AI-driven and spec-driven development practices to build robust, scalable applications. You connect polished frontend experiences to reliable backend services, contributing to seamless, end-to-end digital products.

What are you going to do?

You work closely with designers, developers, and engineers to translate ideas into working solutions. You take responsibility for your work, think about improvements, and contribute to the overall quality of the codebase and product. As you grow in the role, you become increasingly involved in technical decisions and help improve how we build and deliver software.

Additional tasks:

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using our core stack.
• Build responsive and performant user interfaces with React and Next.js.
• Develop and manage APIs and server-side logic using Node.js.
• Contribute to AI-powered features using LLMs and external AI services, and apply agentic, AI-driven development practices in your own workflow.
• Work spec-driven: translate requirements into clear specifications before implementation, and use these specs to guide both human and AI-assisted development.
• Collaborate with infrastructure engineers to deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of applications.
• Contribute to improving development workflows, tooling, and code quality.

Requirements

• Completed HBO (Bachelor) education or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Experience with React, Next.js, and modern frontend tooling.
• Experience with Node.js and building APIs.
• Experience with headless CMS platforms such as Sanity, Contentful, DatoCMS, or Strapi.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Hugging Face, Anthropic) and agentic development tools.
• Experience with, or clear affinity for, spec-driven development approaches.
• Experience working with Figma and design systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• You speak and write English fluently.
