As Senior Manager, Credit Policy, you’ll play a critical Line 1 risk leadership role within the Retail Bank, shaping and optimising mortgage credit policy to support sustainable growth while remaining aligned to ING’s risk appetite, regulatory obligations, and strategic objectives. This role sits within the Pricing, Profitability & Credit Risk – Mortgages team and is designed for an experienced credit professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and enjoys working at the intersection of risk, product, and strategy. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across Credit Risk (Line 2), Sales, Product, Operations, Marketing and Tribe Leadership, leading policy development and transformation initiatives that embed risk‑reward settings into frontline decisioning and operational processes. You’ll take ownership of key mortgage credit policy outcomes, support strategic portfolio optimisation, and play an active role in balancing customer outcomes, commercial performance and prudent risk management in a highly competitive mortgage market.
