We currently have an opportunity for a Caretaker to join our Health and Education team and play a key role in delivering the Facilities Management (FM) service at the NZ Schools PPP3 Project.    Te Kōwhiringa | The Opportunity  The NZ Schools PPP is a partnership between Amber Infrastructure, the Ministry of Education, and Downer Company, focusing on enhancing educational environments across several schools in New Zealand. The project aims to deliver quality educational spaces efficiently, ensuring value for money and effective service delivery, with Downer handling various support services such as cleaning, security, and utilities management.   We are seeking a dedicated Caretaker to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation and maintenance of our entire school facility. This role is vital in creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.
