As a Financial Controller, you will focus on overseeing IT-related hosting costs, managing financial reporting for holding companies, assisting with transfer pricing documentation, and supporting the CFO in monthly reporting processes. You will have an accounting background and a keen attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

• IT Cost Management: Track and follow-up on internal IT costs, particularly those related to hosting for our product offering. Gain a comprehensive understanding of Azure pricing structures and their impact on financial reporting.
• Monthly Reporting: Support the CFO in preparing monthly financial reports for stakeholders, providing insights into revenue, costs, and overall financial performance.
• Reconciliations: Participate in monthly and quarterly reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial data and alignment across internal systems.
• Transfer Pricing Documentation: Assist in preparing and maintaining transfer pricing documentation, ensuring proper intercompany allocation and compliance with relevant tax regulations.
• Accounting & Financial Reporting: Take responsibility for the accounting and reporting for specific areas or companies within the SuperOffice structure, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Maintain attention to detail when managing financial records.
• Excel Reporting Templates: Assist in preparing and maintaining Excel templates for reporting purposes to support consistent, accurate financial data.
• Ad Hoc analyses and project work. Perform various analyses related to Budgets, long term plans and other financial analyses required to evaluate future strategies. Participate in potential project work.

️ Your superpowers:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Accounting background with expertise in financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, financial reporting, and analysis).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights based on financial data.
