OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Family Lawyer to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of family law and demonstrate exceptional skills in negotiation, research, and legal drafting. REQUIREMENTS

  • Juris Doctor (JD) or LL.B. degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Proficiency in using LexisNexis for legal research purposes.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to advocate effectively for clients.
  • Excellent writing skills for drafting clear and persuasive legal documents.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough research on complex legal issues related to family law.
  • Prior experience in family law is preferred but not mandatory; strong candidates from other legal backgrounds will be considered.
