Role accountabilities: Responsibilities in this role will include Project Planning and Management, Team Leadership, Stakeholder Coordination, Financial Management, Compliance and Health & Safety, and Reporting & Documentation. You will develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, oversee the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules, and conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. You will lead and manage project teams, including internal staff and external contractors, foster a collaborative and productive team environment, and provide guidance and support to team members. You will liaise with stakeholders, including government agencies, clients, and community groups, ensure effective communication and coordination among all parties involved in the project, and address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise. You will monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensure projects are completed within the allocated budget, and prepare financial reports and projections. You will ensure all projects comply with relevant laws, regulations, and standards, implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures, and conduct regular safety audits and inspections. You will also be responsible for preparing and presenting project reports to senior management and stakeholders, maintaining comprehensive project documentation, and tracking and reporting on project progress and performance metrics.
