JOB DESCRIPTION Reporting to the Inventory Control Manager / Operations Analyst, the Inventory Control Lead is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory management within the warehouse and transportation operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and procedures. This role involves coordinating with various departments, managing the Inventory Control Coordinator, implementing best practices to optimize inventory processes, and supporting with admin work as necessary. Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventories. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner. Receive and process inbound shipments.
