This position encompasses the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, managing the project in a fast-paced, competitive field. Key Responsibilities: · Prospect for new business through 20 plus services to expand our client base. · Required daily contact via door knock, email, phone and social media. · Present our CBS service offerings to potential clients, articulating the benefits and value propositions effectively. · Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceed their expectations. · Utilize the customer relationship management (CRM) system to track leads, manage pipelines, and report on sales activity. · Collaborate with internal teams to align on service delivery and client satisfaction. · Meet and exceed sales goals through strategic planning and execution. · Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends and competition. · 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in facility services or related industries. · Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in B2B. · Strong prospecting, lead generation skills. · Excellent communication and presentation abilities. · Ability to build and sustain relationships with clients, internal and external teams. · A self-starter with a strong drive for results. · Experience using CRM software for managing sales activities. · Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a dynamic sales environment. · Bachelor’s or AA degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
