Ensure guests receive prompt attention and courteous service throughout their dining experience. Respond to guest requests, dietary needs, and complaints with efficiency and grace. Clear, clean, and reset tables between guests according to hotel standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining and service areas. Assist with room service and banquet support as needed.
