MongoDB Industry Solutions Consultants communicate the direction of MongoDB’s platform to customers and industry partner communities (i.e. webinars, client presentations, blog content, video content, live/virtual events, demos, account support, etc.), while keeping up with continuous data trends. We’re looking for someone who is willing/able to deeply understand the technology we work with while being able to communicate it in a language our clients understand, taking into consideration their industries. This will require a technical background, foundational DBMS/DBaaS understanding, programming knowledge, an interest in customer-facing interactions, and a keen interest to continue learning and digging into how this applies to specific industries. The team responsibilities range from early research into current/up-and-coming industry solutions, collaboration with external partners, collaboration with internal team, from marketing to product and how they ingest and pivot to industry trends, to generating and delivering content of MongoDB as an industry solution internally and externally.
