The Clinical Manager will hold responsibility for the programming and operations of our 47-bed Inpatient CCC Unit located within our McCall Centre for Continuing Care at the Queensway Hospital and lead an interprofessional team. The Clinical Manager will maintain strong working relationships and engage in a strategic capacity with key partners internal and external to THP. In the clinical practice realm, the Clinical Manager has an integral role in supporting the professional practice development needs of these interprofessional teams and provides consultative services and clinical advice to the teams to enable them to deliver the highest quality, evidence informed services. The successful candidate is a dynamic leader who has demonstrated a history of achieving results; is able to successfully lead a diverse, high performing team to achieve excellence. They are able to think critically and strategically in a complex and fast-paced environment. Effective day-to-day management of the programs is essential and includes but is not limited to program operations and budget, human resource management, ongoing quality improvement, and regular effective contact and interactions with partners internal and external to the organization.
