Some details about the Order Fulfillment Specialists (OFS) role The OFS team is the team who wraps up the customer’s auction adventure. Customers come to the warehouse to pay and pick up their orders at their designated appointment time; they are excited for their winnings and can’t wait to see what they bought. Who we are looking for in this role… You make an impact on customer experience by providing them an order pick-up appointment that is free of long waits. You understand that sometimes items are not where they said they are and go the extra mile to find the items for the customers.
