About the Company  True North Cannabis’ sales associate role is to help all guests - novice and veteran - navigate the wide world of recreational cannabis and vape.  As a sales associate you are passionate and stays up on industry news. You will include True North's element of culture and passion in your interactions with guests which creates a rich and meaningful  experience.  Sales associates are required to stay informed about latest products as well as the legal system's requirements. Sales associates will provide guidance and educate customers about cannabis and vape  products, so all True North's guests will have a safe and enjoyable experience. About the Role  This dynamic role supports both vape/tobacco and cannabis retail operations, while also fulfilling responsibilities during keyholder shifts. The ideal candidate brings energy, integrity, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences while adhering to provincial regulations and store policies.
