Job Summary Valta Energy seeks a Project Finance & Development Analyst to advance our strategy for funding renewable energy projects nationwide. Working for a leader in solar energy finance and development, this role will provide valuable experience in the growing distributed solar generation industry. As a member of the Project Finance & Development Analytics team, the Analyst will help structure, negotiate, execute, and manage project and corporate-level financings, including structured debt and tax equity transactions. Additionally, they will support and drive critical investment decision-making by senior leadership throughout the development life cycle. Through their responsibilities on the team, the Analyst will learn to work collaboratively with investors and various groups in the company and develop expertise in areas such as project level financing, debt, tax equity, and strategic finance. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple workstreams, and an appetite and aptitude for complex financial structures.
