We are currently seeking a full-time contract Case Manager for our Short Stay Crisis Beds program. The Short Stay Crisis Beds program provides 24-hour on-site residential support and short-term case management services to individuals living with mental illness who have been involved with the criminal justice system. The Case Manager will offer onsite support to clients as well as community-based services and interventions.
