Beyond operational oversight, this leader functions as a catalyst for innovation, service excellence, and Team Member development — strengthening collaboration, elevating both guest and Team Member experiences, and building the next generation of Hilton leaders. Key Responsibilities Strategic & Commercial Leadership Lead the overall F&B strategy with focus on revenue growth, profitability, and exceptional guest experiences aligned with Hilton brand standards. Partner with the Executive Chef on menu engineering, pricing strategy, and concept evolution. Identify innovation opportunities that enhance market positioning and guest engagement. Leadership of Leaders & Talent Development Provide direct leadership, coaching, and structured development to the Outlets Manager.
