This is a short-term contract initially, with flexibility depending on availability - open to part-time, full-time, or evening-only hours - please outline your availability upon application. You’ll be responsible for producing and optimizing static and video ads, developing performance-led creative concepts, and using data and AI-powered workflows to scale winning ideas. Working closely with the growth team, you’ll help turn insights into action—creating, testing, and iterating creative that moves key metrics like CTR, CPA, and ROAS. All Saje Team Members are responsible for contributing to Saje’s culture and maintaining a positive environment for themselves and their peers. What you'll do: Ad Production & Editing Produce static and video ads using existing footage, UGC, and asset libraries Edit video content optimized for performance (hooks, pacing, captions, retention) Create multiple variations to support high-volume testing Performance-Informed Creative Draw on performance data, audience insights, and funnel metrics to guide creative direction and ad development Identify patterns in winning and losing creative; translate findings into new concepts and structured tests (hooks, angles, formats, messaging).
