La personne à ce poste élabore et met en œuvre le programme de communication et de service après-don pour les dons planifiés, gère les initiatives de marketing des dons planifiés et utilise une approche holistique pour intégrer les relations externes entourant les dons planifiés, dans le but de faire croître année après année le portefeuille et les revenus des dons planifiés. Il ou elle supervise la gestion des relations avec les principales parties prenantes internes et externes afin d'assurer un flux régulier de donateurs testamentaires confirmés, potentiels et retenus. MSF Canada est à la recherche d'un(e) personne qui : Être le premier point de contact pour les demandes de renseignements sur les dons planifiés à MSF. Établir et entretenir des relations durables avec des donateurs Soutenir et créer des stratégies de sensibilisation et des événements pour l'équipe des dons planifiés Collaborer avec d'autres équipes de collecte de fonds pour identifier les pistes prometteuses Fournir des rapports réguliers et réaliser la maintenance des données pour l'équipe des dons planifiés et d'autres équipes de la collecte de fonds de MSF qui collaborent avec l'équipe des dons planifiés Le candidat retenu devra démontrer: Expérience de la gestion d'un portefeuille de donateurs, y compris la gestion des relations avec des fournisseurs tiers et des conseillers financiers externes Expérience en service à la clientèle et capacité à prioriser les demandes des clients/donateurs Solides compétences en gestion des bases de données et expérience avec l'utilisation des logiciels de collecte de fonds Engagement démontré envers l'éthique professionnelle et la protection de la confidentialité des clients/donateurs en tout temps Expérience avérée dans la collecte de fonds, le marketing, la communication ou un domaine connexe Maîtrise de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit Compétence professionnelle du français, très souhaitable CLIQUE ICI pour la description complète du poste.
