This team plays a vital role in improving access to stem cells for patients in need of lifesaving transplants. In this role, you will perform important functions to support laboratory operations and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Strong attention to detail, good judgment, and the ability to follow standard operating procedures are key to your success in this role. Formula for success Drawing on your knowledge or experience in a laboratory, you will perform routine maintenance and verification of laboratory equipment in accordance with approved work instructions to meet regulatory requirements. Leveraging your excellent customer service skills, you will assist internal and external customers. Applying your attention to detail and commitment to quality, you will perform and record all testing related quality control/assurance activities. Drawing on your technical expertise and dedication to professional growth, you will maintain technical competency and promote continuous learning. Utilizing your superior interpersonal and communication skills you will participate in ongoing quality improvement activities.
