Role Description The Academy Director – Steamoji North Vancouver is a full-time, on-site role based in Vancouver, BC, responsible for overseeing the operation and growth of the local Steamoji academy. This position includes managing day-to-day academy activities, ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment, and supporting staff in delivering Steamoji’s structured curriculum to kids ages 6 to 14. The Academy Director will lead scheduling, enrollment, and parent communications, including progress updates and feedback sessions. The role also involves training and coaching team members, monitoring program quality, and implementing strategic initiatives to improve academy performance and community outreach. The Academy Director will collaborate with head office on curriculum adoption, branding, and local marketing efforts to grow enrollment and maintain high satisfaction among families.
