What You'll Bring 5+ years in industrial engineering or a related field, ideally within a fulfillment or distribution environment, with a strong understanding of warehouse management, controls, and execution systems and their impact across the business. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience. Hands-on experience with leading warehouse management systems (e.g., Manhattan Associates, Red Prairie/JDA/Blue Yonder) and labor reporting systems (e.g., MOST, Standards Pro, Labor Pro).
