This Full-time Contract position within the Association is housed at the YMCA of Northeastern Ontario’s John Island Camp location near Spanish, ON. Reporting to the Program Manager, Camp Counsellors are responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of campers. With a camper-focused approach, they guide and support campers throughout their camp experience. First-Year Camp Counsellors are expected to take on a learning role, gaining valuable knowledge from their peers while also contributing what they can to the team.
