Senior Sales and Marketing Manager – Aviation Training | SaaS | AI:
What You’ll Do
Lead the end-to-end sales and marketing strategy for our aviation training SaaS products, focusing on growth across commercial, defense, and training academy segments
Drive revenue through the identification, negotiation, and closure of high-impact enterprise SaaS deals
Champion our AI-driven technology value proposition to C-level stakeholders, training directors, and regulatory bodies
Develop integrated go-to-market campaigns, thought leadership content, and demand generation initiatives
Build and manage strategic partnerships with simulator OEMs, LMS providers, and aviation authorities
Represent the company at major aviation training expos, digital learning summits, and international conferences
What We’re Looking For
5+ years in sales and marketing roles in aviation training, edtech, or enterprise SaaS—preferably in a high-tech or AI-driven context
Strong network and experience working with airlines, flight schools, ATOs, and defense contractors
Proven success in selling B2B SaaS platforms and managing complex sales cycles, ideally with subscription-based or recurring revenue models
Passion for AI, machine learning, and digital transformation in the aviation space
Ability to translate technical features into client benefits and regulatory outcomes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aerospace, or related field (MBA a plus)
Familiarity with aviation training regulations and standards (EASA, FAA, ICAO, etc.)
Experience using CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Cross-functional leadership and the ability to scale high-performing sales and marketing teams
