Description des travaux ou des biens livrables : Analyser les besoins organisationnels et proposer des approches de gouvernance adaptées; Conseiller la gestion du portefeuille de projets en ressources informationnelles; Produire des dossiers d’affaires, analyses, stratégies et plans d’action; Assurer la qualité et la fiabilité de l’information de gestion et de reddition de comptes; Soutenir l’alignement des initiatives TI avec les orientations stratégiques; Mettre en place des mécanismes de gouvernance, de performance et de suivi; Contribuer à l’amélioration des pratiques en gestion des risques et des bénéfices; Développer des indicateurs et outils de prise de décision; Produire des bilans, tableaux de bord et rapports; Assurer le transfert de connaissances.
