Excellentes compétences en communication orale, écrite et de présentation, remarquables aptitudes d’encadrement et d’influence, et capacité éprouvée à établir sa crédibilité auprès des dirigeants, à discuter de sujets difficiles et à fournir une rétroaction continue.
