Vous rejoindrez une petite équipe dynamique d’acquisition de talents composée de trois personnes réparties entre le Canada et l’Inde. Responsabilités Mener le processus complet de recrutement en collaboration avec les gestionnaires recruteurs, de la définition des besoins jusqu’à la fermeture du poste, tout en offrant une expérience exceptionnelle aux candidats. Mettre en place différentes stratégies de recherche pour attirer des candidats à des postes difficiles à combler. Suivre notre processus de recrutement standardisé et contribuer à son amélioration continue, notamment en explorant des outils novateurs et des solutions propulsées par l’IA. Collaborer étroitement avec les partenaires d’affaires RH pour renforcer l’arrimage avec les besoins de l’entreprise.
