Definition and Adjustment of Strategies Contribute to the development of a coherent change management strategy in collaboration with project managers, managers, and business leaders. Formulate informed recommendations to guide strategic change management decisions. Promote the adjustment of strategies based on the specific realities of each business sector and the progress of the project. Monitoring and Operational Implementation Carry out rigorous monitoring of the actions planned in the change management plan and ensure their timely execution. Distribute change management documentation and tools to identified stakeholders. Ensure the effective implementation of planned actions and their consistency with the overall project objectives. Facilitate the operational implementation of change management throughout the project lifecycle. Measure Effectiveness and Continuous Improvement Continuously monitor the progress of change initiatives and their success. Identify potential bottlenecks or gaps and propose adjustment solutions.
