Principales responsabilités : Maîtrise de son métier Modéliser des modèles 3D complexes à partir de concepts, de références photo ou d’éléments scannés. Produire des topologies propres et conforment au standard de production. Suivre les conventions internes de nomenclature, d’organisation et de livraison. Gérer ses priorités et respecter les échéanciers définis. Qualité créative Respecter fidèlement le style visuel du projet, qu’il soit réaliste ou stylisé. Reproduire avec justesses les volumes, les proportions et les détails. Modéliser avec précision même à partir de références partielles ou absentes. Qualité technique Construire une topologie propre et optimisée, adaptée aux étapes subséquentes. Corriger les artefacts, maintenir des UVs propres si requis, et vérifier la conformité aux standards. Préparer les modèles pour l’export vers les départements suivants. Se tenir à jour sur les outils, techniques et méthodologies de modélisation. Communication Communiquer efficacement avec les superviseur.e.s et la production concernant l’avancement, les enjeux ou les blocages. Collaborer avec les autres équipes pour assurer une continuité fluide entre les départements. Participer activement aux dailies, en tenant compte des rétroactions artistiques et techniques. Documenter les décisions non standards ou les cas particuliers pour assurer la traçabilité du travail. Apprendre, transmettre et évoluer Partager ses techniques, ses outils ou ses approches avec ses collègues lors de sessions internes ou informelles. Participer à l’amélioration des standards et workflows du département. Accueillir la rétroaction avec ouverture et en faire un levier de progression.
