Quand c’est l’fun, c’est Fizz 💚 Description du poste ***Mode de travail hybride, 3 jours par semaine en présentiel*** La personne titulaire du poste est responsable de coordonner l’intégration des plateformes technologiques présentes dans l’environnement de la division ainsi que celles de ses partenaires. En collaboration avec les membres de l’équipe Fizz et les partenaires externes, elle·il évalue les efforts requis et les besoins systèmes nécessaires pour atteindre les objectifs stratégiques. Principales responsabilités : Veiller à l’intégration des diverses plateformes technologiques présentes dans l’environnement de la division ainsi que de celles de ses partenaires. Assurer l’intégration de la portion managed services du partenaire relative aux plateformes de la division afin d’assurer la liaison entre les développements agiles et la production. Effectuer une vigie des Key Performance Indicators et des SLAs du partenaire conformément aux attentes contractuelles. Assurer un suivi des modifications aux initiatives et aux projets de la division, puis veiller à leur intégrité. Coordonner la mise en œuvre de la solution logicielle en vue de la vérification fonctionnelle relevant de la maîtrise d'ouvrage. Assurer l’intégration, l’évaluation, l’implantation et l’approbation des plans d’assurance qualité en lien avec les requis non fonctionnels dans le cadre de développements agiles, et effectuer le suivi. Analyser les impacts des livraisons de changements sur la production et assurer l’intégration de la solution logicielle dans un environnement technique proche de l’environnement de production. Analyser les impacts des éléments hors MVP (Minimum Viable Product) lors de la livraison de projets. Gérer les post mortems et les améliorations suite à la livraison de changements en production. Participer aux calendriers de déploiement et supporter les équipes Fizz quant à l’évaluation des efforts requis, en plus des requis systèmes nécessaires afin d’atteindre les objectifs stratégiques de Fizz. Établir les standards relatifs à la qualité de service des plateformes technologiques de la division. Mettre en place des initiatives relatives à l’amélioration de la qualité de service afin d’atteindre les objectifs stratégiques de la division. Veiller au développement et à l’implantation de divers indicateurs lors des phases de développements agiles. Procéder à des analyses détaillées, évaluer et initier les changements technologiques appropriés. Dresser et faire évoluer les modèles de la division d’un point de vue plateformes technologiques, en collaboration avec les autres experts de la division. Conseiller les fournisseurs de services en matière d’architecture des plateformes et réviser les solutions technologiques. Assurer une veille technologique des plateformes préalables à la réalisation des nouveaux projets / initiatives. Construire un réseau de contacts (Vidéotron et fournisseurs), rassembler les bons intervenants autour des problématiques à résoudre et veiller à leur résolution de façon durable et au meilleur coût. Qualifications Posséder plus de dix (15) années d'expérience en télécommunications, dont cinq (5) ans d’expérience comme architecte ou comme intégrateur; Détenir un diplôme universitaire en informatique / ingénierie; Excellente connaissance des modèles et concepts d'architecture de plateforme technologique en télécommunications; Avoir un fort intérêt pour la gestion/coordination de projets; Maitrise de la suite d'outils Atlassian Maîtrise du modèle Framework du domaine de télécommunications (ex. ETOM, TAM, SID, API); Maîtrise de l’anglais (parlé et écrit) niveau avancé; L’employé·e aura à communiquer avec des partenaires externes ou des collègues anglophones se situant à l’extérieur du Québec et doit s’attendre à communiquer souvent en anglais.
