Négocier les tarifs avec les clients. Piloter le processus de suivi des ententes contractuelles et des termes de renouvellement ainsi que de la mise à jour de la tarification. Prendre part à la préparation d’offres de services et la rédaction de divers documents requis dans les processus de proposition de services. Relations d’affaires et service à la clientèle Effectuer du démarchage auprès de clients potentiels, bâtir et entretenir des liens d’affaires avec eux. Participer à divers événements organisés par l’industrie du transport (conférences, congrès, etc.). Accompagner les clients lors d’événements ou de visites organisées par l’entreprise.
