The Maintenance Team Leader - Static is responsible for overseeing the execution of activities performed by Technicians to ensure that work is performed in accordance to established processes and practices and is in compliant with all internal and external requirements including but not limited to environmental, health and safety, fire protection. In addition to people leadership responsibilities, the Maintenance Team Leader - Static also performs and delivers preventative and corrective maintenance as well as routine and on-demand services. Provides observations about facility, facility mechanical and electrical equipment and systems conditions and deficiencies and provides recommendations for enhancement and repair Oversees and monitors assigned facility by conducting facility walkthroughs, mechanical and electrical equipment and system monitoring and inspection Oversees and maintains, troubleshoots and repairs mechanical and electrical building systems and equipment Oversees and responds to routine and on-demand service requests and performs preventative and corrective maintenance on facility mechanical and electrical equipment and systems Oversees the maintenance of as well as maintains work order records within service management maintenance database. Initiates documents to obtain formal approval of work required Coordinates and assists in the implementation of preventative maintenance program. Ensures that deficiencies are identified, recorded and escalated, and that related documentations are maintained Coordinates and participates in facility-related projects Oversees and maintains all assigned tools and arranges for repair and replacement where required.
