La personne retenue jouera un rôle clé dans la rétention des talents, la qualité des mandats et la satisfaction des consultants, en agissant comme point de contact principal entre les ressources, les clients et les équipes internes. Elle contribuera directement à la performance de l’organisation en optimisant l’expérience des consultants et en assurant une gestion efficace des affectations.
